The new building WOHNEN IM PARK in the Anscharhöhe neighborhood in the Eppendorf district blends harmoniously into its surroundings and preserves the valuable and unique park character. The surrounding area and in particular the Anscharhöhe itself are characterized by generous and varied open spaces. The topographical design preserves the intimacy of each individual resident. The architecture of the planned new building takes up the existing materiality and scale of the neighboring development and reinterprets it into a clear and powerful architecture. The building will be constructed as a classic clinker building with a strict perforated facade, which uniformly structures the simple structure and thus gives it its sculptural quality.
