The dormant lot at the Singerstrasse in Berlin, which was only used as a car parking space, was long considered a property that cannot be built on. Thanks to the new building, this gaping hole in a central location can now be used for residential purposes. The new cultural building and the already renovated residential tower next to it at Andreasstraße create a bustling area and enhance it architecturally and in terms of urban development.
