A new residential ensemble directly located next to the Schlosspark Schönhausen was built. The ensemble consists of 3 buildings with 80 residential units and a collaborative used garden. The residential quarter also includes three listed villas, which were extensively renovated. Open room concepts with flexible use have been created and designed by Giorgio Gullotta. The bathroom fittings, private gardens and parking spaces in the underground parking lot ensure optimal living comfort.
