The 18-storey residential high-rise building in a prefabricated slab construction from 1969 is located directly next to Singerstrasse 33. The high-rise building was upgraded in terms of urban development and architecture. The new metal façade creates a new rhythm and optimizes the building’s proportions. The 136 apartments were upgraded in terms of their functionality and spatial quality without significantly interfering with the supporting structure. The original floor plan structure was almost completely preserved.
