 ABOUT THE PROJECT

The new hotel building in the center of Kiel fits perfectly into the existing historical architecture while complementing and reinforcing it at the same time. The new building and the existing railway station form an urban plaza that opens up towards the Kieler Förde. On the west side, the structure is oriented towards the Raiffeisenbank. The new building is constructed with a classic brick façade and a homogeneous structure due to the large window openings. The big conference room appears as a characteristic feature in the façade and allows a beautiful view over the Kieler Förde. Inside the hotel you can also find a wellness area, spacious conference rooms and a restaurant with a wine cellar. The event area on the rooftop with its great view over the Kieler Förde is definitely a highlight.
